ReplyDeleteOne of the worst customer care service I have seen over a decade. There is nil after sales service. I had made 4 outbound call but there is no resolution at their end. Not even a single technician bothered to call back...
the product is not even 1.5 years old. Repent on choosing Euroclean over Karcher..
PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR EUROCLEAN PRODUCT IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO REPAIR THE STUFF. NO ONE IS ACTUALLY GONNA TURN BACK ONCE THEY SELL THE PRODUCT
