ReplyDeleteI would like to say is your company provides worst customer response. I'm having problem with Euroclean Storm from last 3 months. I contacted Udupi customer response center and they seems to be not bothered about it. When i contacted your customer care executive they took the complaint and dint even check on it. Called your customer care again today when i said i'm no more interested in your company product and close down the complaint he was happy to and said i will do it for you and said thank you for doing so!!

i agree with Amit Raj's comment. The udupi customer care and servicing center is not responsive at all giving a bad name to Eureka Forbes. On being contacted they say that in case you want service, bring it to our workshop.
